• Image-to-Video Generation: Upload an image as the first frame for guided video generation (10 credits per video)
• Real-Time Progress Tracking: Watch your video generation progress from 0% to 100%
• Watermark-Free Videos: All generated videos are 100% watermark-free
• Cloud Storage: Store and manage your generated videos
• Credit-Based Usage System: Affordable pricing with automatic refunds on failures
• Global Access: Use Sora AI from anywhere in the world

You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access our video generation features, you must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth. No invite codes required.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to:

   • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
   • Not share your account credentials with others
   • Maintain accurate account information
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Content and Usage Rights

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all images and text prompts you provide to SoraAI
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for video generation purposes
• Generated videos belong to you and can be used for any purpose — commercial or personal, no attribution required
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any uploaded images

Our Service

• SoraAI and all its features, technology, and intellectual property are owned by SoraAI
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our service
• All generated videos are provided without watermarks

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using SoraAI:

• Illegal Content: Uploading images or prompts that contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Copyright Infringement: Using copyrighted images without proper authorization

Credits and Usage System

SoraAI operates on a credit-based system:

• Credit Consumption:
  • Text-to-Video: 5 credits per video
  • Image-to-Video: 10 credits per video
• Credit Purchase: Credits can only be obtained through purchase
• Credit Packages:
  • Starter: 100 credits for $9.90
  • Creator: 400 credits for $29.90
  • Pro: 1000 credits for $49.90
• Credit Expiration: Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account indefinitely
• Automatic Refunds: If video generation fails or times out (over 10 minutes), credits are automatically refunded to your account
• Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable once used for successful video generation

Content Storage and Deletion

• Uploaded Images: Automatically deleted after 1 day to optimize storage
• Generated Videos: Stored until you manually delete them or your account
• Account Deletion: All your content is permanently deleted when you delete your account

Privacy and Data Collection

SoraAI collects and processes various types of data to provide our services:

• Account Information: Registration and authentication data from OAuth providers
• Content Data: Uploaded images, text prompts, and generated videos
• Usage Analytics: Service usage patterns and feature interactions
• Technical Data: Device information, IP addresses, and system performance data

Pricing and Payments

• One-Time Purchases: All credit packages are one-time purchases with no recurring fees

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing users
• Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases

Service Availability and Performance

• Service Uptime: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Processing Time: Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes, but may vary based on system load
• Generation Timeout: If generation exceeds 10 minutes, credits are automatically refunded
• Quality Standards: We aim to provide high-quality video outputs but cannot guarantee specific quality metrics
• Technical Limitations: Video generation is subject to AI model capabilities and technical constraints

Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Upon account deletion, your data will be removed according to our data retention policy
• Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion

By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abusive or harmful behavior toward other users or our service
• Illegal activity or content creation
• System abuse or security violations
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of immediate security threats.

Disclaimer of Warranties
